The product goes a long way - I find that is because it is a thick cream you don't need to squeeze out a lot to obtain a good lather and a good clean. It doesn't really have a potent smell, and the mild smell doesn't smell like medicine - and it doesn't burn or make your skin sensitive if you have regular skin.
